Attorney Edgardo Ramos

Moderated by
Professor William V. Dunlap, Quinnipiac University School of Law

Mr. O'Connor was recently nominated by President Bush to be Associate Attorney General.  ACLU Attorney Melissa Goodman is an expert on security matters.  Attorney Edgardo Ramos, a partner in the firm Day Pitney LLP, focuses his practice on homeland security, antitrust and white collar defense investigations.  Our topic is the Patriot Act and its implications for businesses and business leaders.  How private is your client information when it comes to national security issues?  Who trumps whom and when?

We promise a lively and informative discussion on a public policy issue being debated in board rooms and court rooms around the country.
